Welcome to the Welcome Hotel - Skegness. Ideally located on the southern promenade (South Parade), we boast of sea views, views of the southern bowling greens, boating lake and many other amenities.

The family managed hotel comprises 11 bedrooms, 8 of which are ensuite. 4 bedrooms have panoramic sea views. We have 3 welcoming family rooms, thus we are very family friendly.

While this hotel is not licensed, we do have a very comfortable resident's TV lounge, ideal for relaxing or socialising with other residents.

All bedrooms have tea and coffee making facilities and T.V. The examples shown are our spacious family bedrooms.

We offer room and breakfast or optional, room breakfast and (3 course) evening meal accommodation. Our evening meal menu is changed daily, with a choice of home cooked delicious meals.

The inviting dining area is tastefully decorated and spacious - ideal for our hearty full English breakfast and your relaxing evening meal.
